Our Design System is for anyone in the University who makes things. It provides design principles, foundations and components to help you to build successful services. A Design System keeps everything a community needs to build digital experiences with in one place. Imagine a big bucket of Lego bricks or building blocks. Although the block is simple, you can combine it with other blocks in any combination. Our Design System is a one-stop shop, where you can easily reach for whatever you need to design and build anything. What is in it Our Design System contains three key elements to creating a digital experience: words, visual language, and how they work together. You can get components and patterns, brand, templates, styles, editorial and accessibility guidance, and tools and resources. The Design System is for all makers You don't have to think of yourself as a designer to use the Design System. You just have to be someone who makes things, sometimes. If you write an email, make PowerPoint presentations, or occasionally update a website, then the Design System is your toolkit.
